Solgar Ester-C keeps me from getting colds.
I always buy the Solgar Ester-C Plus 500 mg Vitamin C Vegetable Capsules in the 250-count glass bottle. I haven't had a cold in years and never an upset stomach from consuming this product. I'm a happy, repeat customer.

Easy to take,no after taste,this is either the 2nd or 3rd bottle I've purchased,take 1 2x a day,if I feel like I'm getting sick I take 2 2x a day for a few days, great product !!! Also take their B6
