Now supplements are a reputable brand which can be relied on. I had a very negative reaction to a cancer medication;in the form of unbearable side effects. therefore, I am relying on nutrition to help me through this ordeal. Staying healthy is vital to my survival. I am relying on the many foods, supplements and lifestyle to give me the best chance. I feel OK and purchase most of the foods that help me stay healthy and keep the Blue Meanies from returning. Walmart's value, prices and consistent quality have relieved some of the stress and made my life easier. By the way, eating healthfully is fun and a good idea for everyone. I take 2 MSM capsules at noon. They have reduced my allergy symptoms by 90%!! I hoped that it would reduce my tinnitus, but it doesn't work. Sigh. Regardless, I highly recommend this product, especially if you have allergies!

this bottle of msm is so big if i had known it was jumbo sized i would have chosen another brand.I missed the return window or i would have taken it back

I have been taking a powdered MSM which tastes awful, but it works much better than these capsules. Ill stick with the powder.
