Guggul = Great (for skin and cholesterol)
This is a great product. For a great price, you receive a quality guggul product with 180 capsules, which is far more than other brands and manufacturers. This product (guggulsterone, generally) helps me with cholesterol, skin health/acne, and general well-being. Guggul was not something I planned on taking consistently, but as with zinc and magnesium, once I began taking it, I noticed great benefits from continuing; when I do not take guggul, I don't feel as great.
