not sure if i lost any weight by it, but it's definitely helped curb my appetite! but you need to take the three pills with 8oz of water between 30-45 minutes before a meal! i struggle with eating and i can eat multiple servings in one sitting. but taking these took me from eating 3-4 items to like 1-2 and feeling full. i haven't seen weight loss, but i also am not very active. but it has helped curb that appetite! idk if it helps with cravings tho

Product Causes Lots Of Gas
My stomach was intolerant of this product, in spite of the manufacturer being a preeminent supplement company. The gas and bloating forbids my continued use of the product. To be fair, I cannot eat beans, either. It is not Brieofoods fault I am so sensitive to gas and bloat producing foods/supplements.

It has silicon and stearate. It made me feel like puking. Had to return it, not for me.
