SDP Vitamin D3 + K2 5000 IU Capsules Daily Supplement,Support Immune System Bones Healthy Heart

I started taking these instead of my regular Vitamin D because they said the K2 was a good supplement. Since I started using these, my finger nails have strengthened and grow much faster and healthier. I have been impressed with the addition. They are quite a bit more pricey!

DR said to find a good quality supplement or he'd happily prescribe. I have used another brand for YEARS. ok, if you have always had a deficiency it's difficult to tell any difference. the old brand was fine, I thought. and then I couldn't find any. I tried this. I am on my second jar and BOY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN HOW I FEEL.

I two of them as it had a good offer. the mixing of D3 and K2 vitamins is very good for health and useful for the body. it helped my nails health and my hair health too. easy to swallow it, it doesn't have a taste, it has a good size pill. and good price.

These vitamin , I suppose does its job. I needed both of these in my diet and my labs came back , perfect . And it doesn't bother my stomach like most .

This product provided 2 needed supplements in one. D3 for bone health, and K2 to aid muscle strength. No more (or at least fewer) achy bones and muscle cramps.

It came fast and was packaged well. I didn't know that I need vitamin K with Vitamin D so I bought this. I have autoimmune diseases and my endocrinologist told me to take D3. Gel caps are also easier to swallow.

I wanted to order high D3 in one pill- which this is. I was looking for soy free, which this is supposed to be. However, I can't verify because there are no ingredients to tell me the inactive ingredients. I've ordered "soy free" before only to find out the first ingredient was soybean oil. So if you want high vitamin D3 in one pill, this is it.

These D3's K2 vitamins appeared to be a good value until I realized they are only 2500 IUs per gel capsule! Description shows 5000. So, you get half as much per bottle as description indicates. Also, they are huge so taking two at a time is no fun. There is also a very fishy aftertaste. I believe I will go back to the brand I have used previously which also requires two gel caps for 5000 IUs, but are very much smaller with no after taste and the price is better.

I don't think this is a real vitamin D,probubly scam. I was chacking my vitamin D at the LAB on august and it was 29 and I bought this brand two bottles and start useing it right when it arrived and after one bottel done I chacked vitamin D again and it was way lower than it was two months before ( 24,1 ) but the normal scale is between 30 and 100. So don't buy this brand,find the real one.

I don't recommend taking without consulting a doctor. This and VITAMIN D with K2 and it gave me heart palpitations. I take regular vitamin D on the reg but thought I would try this with the K2 stopped taking no palpitations . So please just be aware. Other than that product was good with size, easy to swallow,
