K2 Supplements
This is my first time trying these supplements. i just had a hip replacement surgery and thought these may help with my older bones and recovery. Very easy to swallow. Good value.

Spring Calley has a good reputation for quality. Be to take K2 with D3 to avoid calcium buildup in arteries.

Haven't noticed any side effects but I know you're supposed to take this when you take calcium to aid in absorption

Great product
My dr recommended I take a k2 supplement so I found this one online after researching and finding out d3 needs to be taken with it. I've noticed a difference in how I feel after taking this for a year now. Plus my blood work has improved and is right where the levels should be according to my dr.
