surprisingly effective. Less brain fog. was able to concentrate better than i have been. Cheaper than the elixer drinks but same effect. For me at least. Would recommend and buy again.

I think I feel it. Seriously with the mushroom coffee craze I figured I'd get the cheaper version and take with my daily cup of coffee. I hadn't realized it's been a month already, so my honest review is that I noticed the energy increase about a week ago. I assumed dd donuts pistachio coffee had something extra special in it. So in my opinion it takes some time to adjust but I will say it definitely works. Energy, alertness, as well a some bowel regulation is to be had. I'm very satisfied.

I really wanted to like this. I bought it to help with attention issues, and it seemed to be helping for the first day or two, but the effects it started to have on me after that made it not worth it. I don't know if I had a bad reaction, but I can't in good conscience recommend these. They gave me awful anxiety and made me focus just a little too much. It kind of felt like I was having panic attacks a few times, and when I started feeling ill, I decided I needed to stop taking these. Maybe I'm that rare case, but I needed to put a warning out there that this can possibly happen.

After taking a couple of months, it caused my liver enzymes to get very elevated causing transaminitis. Be careful with ANY supplements that you take because it can injure your liver. Now i have to throw them away and try to heal back up again, hopefully. But key things I was feeling - abdominal pain, nausea, confusion, palpitations, and irritability.
