The Rose Hips are good to take. Just make sure you can take them before you buy these.

I'm take 250 mg a day, I need to split them in half, these pills are impossible to split in half without crumbling everywhere, other than that they're fine.

this was on a delivery and I don't know if I pushed the wrong thing or if they sent the wrong thing but these are chewables and I need the regular tablets for which I have bought since then from you guys

Great for some people, but not me! Within a couple of days after beginning to take these, I had a reaction to something in the supplement. I broke out with a rash…small, itchy blisters that spread into larger patches similar to hives. Since this supplement was the only thing different in my routine, I discontinued it. The rash began to improve within 24 hours after discontinuing.
