On time and in good shape
Oh, these mighty good! Had the Smooth Move tea, would take most day to move me. This gets to the problem, LOL. Happy found these!

I have tried nearly every recommended product, but this works. Stick to the daily requirement.
Easier to take than remembering to make the tea but does not work as well.
These pills are large gel caps. They are not inexpensive, and they cost more than the regular senna tablets. They smell terrible and taste like grass, even if you swallow them right away. Plus, I've noticed they really don't work well at all.
