No two people are the same but for me, this is my wonder pill. I take it because I have always had a problem with constipation. Always having to take a laxative way too much to keep things moving. They work quite well. The only thing is that with me sometimes they work over night and sometimes it takes two days and if it is the two day thing it's real easy to over do it.
