I take 1/2 a capsule a day. singer people take 1 a day. Magnesium aids in regular bowel movementand helps in staying regular. It's a necessity of life. Do your own research to give you peace of mind.
These help with my digestion issues without having any problems with side effects. I will continue to purchase this item. Magnesium is good for the gut so that's a plus to me
No two people are the same but for me, this is my wonder pill. I take it because I have always had a problem with constipation. Always having to take a laxative way too much to keep things moving. I started taking these about 2 years ago and have not had to take a laxative since. If you're reading this review then you know what I'm talking about. At least try these if you have problems with constipation. They are super affordable and at least for me, they work.
These really work and do what they are supposed to do! All the females from generation to generation in my family have had to try so many different things to help relieve the stress of not being able to flush our bodies naturally. All the other laxatives cause nausea and cramps, even when their marketing says they don't. These are the best and it's natural magnesium that's the best part and no cramps and no nausea.
I am a Disabled Vet, and with all the medications I have to take, I needed something that worked but not too fast. When I travel for a few days, I get really bound up, and these are a lifesaver. Forget about fleet or metamucile, this is what you want, if you are not allergic to magnesium.
It keeps my system moving. I take 1, sometimes 2, every evening before bed. Was very disappointed when they removed it from store shelves and I had to get it online, only.
I have taken this for about five years it is half the price of the name brand and works as well if not better. No pains plus the magnesium your body needs.
I have taken Equate Magnesium Laxatives every other day for the past 3years now! It's better than the prescription laxatives from my Dr so she said to stay with what works. My only complaint is sometimes my store runs out and I have to wait a couple weeks to restock. So I try to have a couple bottles always. Definitely recommend 10/10
Let me paint you a picture: You're standing on the edge of a digestive cliff, staring into the abyss of irregularity. Suddenly, a hero arrives—Equate Magnesium Laxative Caplets! With the strength of 500 mg per dose and the reliability of a Swiss watch, these tiny miracles pulled me back from the brink of gastrointestinal despair. First, let's appreciate the packaging: a no-nonsense, “I mean business” vibe that says, This is not your grandma's prune juice. Pop open the cap, and you're greeted by 55 little warriors of magnesium, ready to storm the castle of sluggish digestion and restore order to the realm of regularity. The magic happens fast. Like a tactician plotting the perfect campaign, the magnesium hydroxide kicks into action, gently yet decisively. It's not aggressive; it's like a kind teacher guiding your system to better behavior. The result? A symphony of relief so harmonious that even Beethoven would weep. And let's talk value. For just a few bucks, you get a supplement that could make you feel light, breezy, and—dare I say—liberated. These caplets are like hiring a professional organizer for your intestines, and let me tell you, Marie Kondo would definitely approve. Equate Magnesium Laxative Caplets: because life's too short to sit around feeling... stuck. Five stars, infinite gratitude. Would recommend to anyone looking to turn a new page in their digestive diary!
They work quite well. The only thing is that with me sometimes they work over night and sometimes it takes two days and if it is the two day thing it's real easy to over do it.
