I've been taking Amazing Nutrition Konjac root for over 2 weeks and haven't dropped a pound. I'm very familiar with Konjac root so I was beginning to think this must not be what's in these capsules. Until I grossly discovered that the capsules don't dissolve. I thought there was something wrong with my digestive system, so I put it to a test. I put a capsule in HOT tea. I stirred it and poked at it, and then just left it. 30 minutes later I come back to a fully intact capsule with a glob of jelly on the side that was in the tea and the side up was just as it was when I put it in there. I'm going to try opening the capsules into my tea from now on to see if it works.
