My doctor's putting me on metformin. I want to try berberin first. The only thing is that berberin takes 3 weeks to start working and metformin takes 3 days. Still, I'd rather take berberin.

The prime reason for choosing this item is that the capsule is not animal derivative. I've been using a different brand but this one I find easier to use because the high dose is split into two smaller capsules.

I prefer supplemental over prescription when it comes to metformin. My doctor didn't tell me about Berberin.

I didn't have much appetite after I started taking these. Lost healthy amounts of weight as a result of using.

Time will tell if it works, but no nasty aftertaste and no stomach issues. Always look to find made in the US. Will reorder.

Giving it 4 stars now since I've only been taking it 10 days. But I am happy so far. It took about 5 days to see a result and my blood sugar has been good. Hoping it keeps getting better and better. I will do a follow up review when it stays at consistent numbers. I have high hopes for this Berberine.

I take this every morning. I however can't say it alone has helped me me lose almost 10 pounds cause i am taking other vitamins and thinks and have became more active. i do think it have helped with my glucose stability. i no longer crave breads. i haven't had any blood work sine i started takit it so nothing to report there. i would recommend giving it a try.

Haven't noticed any results yet. Only been taking them for less than a week, hopefully my energy increases and hunger fades!

I have added this supplement along with my Metformin to help lower my morning blood sugar readings; Haven't taken for a month yet but will continue to take %26 monitor my results

I didn't notice any difference when taking them along with green tea. in fact I gained a little weight after taking it for 60 days. Going back to Golo
