I went back on these when I gained some weight, as I lost a lot of weight previously using these with carbs I love to eat. I also use Coffee Bean Extract to help with the sugary sweets I love, and these 2 do help.

I actually take these daily for being able to consume carbs for not only being on a low carb diet but also because it helps me digest the food I eat.

The bean pills helps my body block most of the carbs of the food that I eat. Great!

Excellent Weight Loss Dietary Supplement

These CARB BLOCKERS actually DO block the carbohydrates that you consume! I have lost weight and kept it off for TWO YEARS by using this (White kidney bean extract) along with ACV suppliments, everytime I eat. I've used other brands and while they may work as well, this particular brand is the most affordable, per milligram. I buy alot of my other suppliments from the "Carlyle" brand too!

I have used this for a few years and am sadly not a healthy eater....I definitely feel that it does exactly what it says as a carb blocker, or I'd weigh ALOT more than I do -

Ive been buying this for years due to the protien white kidney beans have and the carb block aspect. I didnt feel it blocked carbs at all. My sugar went up and weight went up and down for the most part. Just cut the carbs yourself and save $
