I went back on these when I gained some weight, as I lost a lot of weight previously using these with carbs I love to eat. I also use Coffee Bean Extract to help with the sugary sweets I love, and these 2 do help.

I do keto. I take one of these and a berberine pill before I eat my meal. Anything that will cut the carbs out of what I do eat is a yes for me.

I actually take these daily for being able to consume carbs for not only being on a low carb diet but also because it helps me digest the food I eat.

The bean pills helps my body block most of the carbs of the food that I eat. Great!

These CARB BLOCKERS actually DO block the carbohydrates that you consume! I have lost weight and kept it off for TWO YEARS by using this (White kidney bean extract) along with ACV suppliments, everytime I eat. I've used other brands and while they may work as well, this particular brand is the most affordable, per milligram. I buy alot of my other suppliments from the "Carlyle" brand too!

I've been taking these for about a year and they work better than laxative pills. They're gentle and work fast. I use them to keep my weight in check and it helps wonderfully. I've already gone through at least 3 bottles.

Truly uncertain, lose a pound gain a pound. Need time to give my experience with this product.
