I purchased it from my doctor suggestion 6 months ago, and it works. I am taking one pill 10 minutes before breakfast and 10 minutes before dinner. In order to seek results, you have to have discipline and patience I will continue taking it to maintain my weight.

i don't know about the legitimacy of this product, but i have been using it for msybe six months, and have kept my weight and blood sugar under control

I'm taking the sugar blocker I don't know is for diabetics I guess so I had took it before I didn't take it long enough and I had put my pill somewhere or I throw it in trash by accident I bought another sugar blocker tablets

It really does help, I've checked glucoses with and without use. I buy it regularly. No problem with taste, they actually recommend that you set it on your tongue for 10 to 15 seconds before swallowing.

Ive used this for a couple of years. it helps get my Blood Sugar down and helps me maintain it. it works better than any other OTC blood sugar control products that I've tried.

These don't actually accelerate weight loss, but they do help prevent weight gain. I have to constantly work to not gain weight at my age, and have used them successfully after eating "bad" (treat) foods. Normally any kind of sugar (e.g. in cold cereals) or "treat" foods would cause weight gain for me (not kidding, 3-5 pounds for one "food sin" over the next 24-48 hours) but when I use these supplements, that doesn't happen. This isn't a quick fix for those given to constant treats, desserts or snacking -- but if you eat healthy food normally, struggle to avoid weight gain anyway, and want a treat now and then, they will help block that occasional rare treat from causing hard regrets afterwards! The taste is a little icky, like raw green superfoods, but mild, and washed down easily. Instructions indicate you do have to "activate" the supplement (with saliva) from holding it on your tongue for 10-15 seconds first, but it's a mild "ick" and easily washed away with a beverage thereafter. Rated four stars instead of five because I think it's misleading to call it a "weight loss" supplement. You won't lose weight. It will help prevent extra weight gains though.

Be sure to count the pills. I seemed to be running out sooner than I should be. I counted the pills in my most recent purchase and found only 76 instead of 90.

For myself, this did not work. I started after one set of bloodwork that showed me as pre-diabetic. At the next draw, my A1C was actually up 0.7. Everyone's body is different, so that may be it.
