Vit d3 with k2
I've been taking d3 for 2 years now and my new doctor suggested I try D3 with K2 and the last month I have more energy. When your D3 is at it's optimal levels it makes alot of difference in your energy. Also helps with my thyroid problem, when your D3 is low makes my thyroid work harder. jeeping my D3 at optimal levels helps in alot of menapause issues as well.

These were easy to swallow
Very small. Tinier than I would've thought but very easy to swallow. Hopefully I can get some more relief from fatigue, arthritis, and etc. Been using D3 for years now but added the K2 and seeing if it improves my fatigue and such. Price was good too. No issues.

Great for my nerve pain.
whenever my body is low is vitamin D i get sciatic flare ups that make it extremely difficult to walk. After two days of taking to theses the pain was gone.

Expiration date in 3 months for a 4 month supply
I just received my bottle today on February 1. This is a supply of 120 capsules. These vitamins expire May of this year 2025. By then I will still have 31 pills left. Why should I have to pay for vitamins that will expire before I can finish using them? First and worst experience with this company!
