This is a great, easy, affordable life improving product: I recommend take it with a 16oz bottle of drinking water. I've used this product for many years. It is very helpful in controlling your hunger. It also makes you feel fuller before you eat too much. There are no jittery feelings like some weight loss products cause. This product also give you 2 months of pills for the price of only one. I will continue to use this product.

i have taken 2 and half bottles and so far no wt loss may have lost maybe a inch in waist but these have cramped my stomach from the beginning and it doesnt ease much i usually take tylenol when it cramps bad. i havent taken any for 4 days now and no.stomach cramps now.. going to start them again tomorrow see if it still makes my stomach hurt if they do im done with them... so be away they cramp ur stomach...no.jitters tho..

i really like this product. In 3 weeks i lost 15lbs. The directions were 2 tablets with every meal. The only issue i had was if you eat 3 meals and take tablets it will stop up your bowel system. I decided to just take it with my dinner meal and no problems and I'm still losing weight just not as fast. I went and bought more product because its helping me lose weight with no other side effects. i am up to a total of 19lbs loss in 4 weeks.

I tried Lipozene maximum strength, it worked I lost 11lbs in a mater of a few weeks. so I wasnt consistent in take 2 pills 30 min be4 i ate, and still lost weight. These are good if you are trying to dehdrate your body. These will give you diarrhea and dehydrate you until you have a migrane and are dizzy as all get out.
