I was on a plateau for over a month and this cleanse did the trick. I lost 6lbs. For me personally it wasn't one where I had to run to the bathroom in an emergency. It was pretty gentle. It didn't affect day to day life. The first day I had a little stomach ache but after that day I had no further side effects. I took 2 in the am and 2 in the pm as directed. If you're on a plateau this may help break you past it. Will use this again for any future cleanses.

Excellent product. Have used off and on for over 10 years and it is the only one that is less harsh on my stomach. My medicine for my back injury slows my digestion and this counters it, which helps out. Such a helpful product and keeps me thinner as a bonus.

I usually never leave reviews on things I buy. At first I was hesitant to buy this cleanser, but after looking at the reviews I decided to give it a try and it sure does work. I feel less bloated and have gone to the restroom like never before. Try to be close to a restroom in the mornings and after eating especially if you take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills at night. In my opinion, you might wanna cut down on the pills after 3 days being faithful to the instructions.

I started this product weighing 207 pounds, and now, with one day left, my weight is 198. I ate almonds, cucumber, honey turkey from the deli, spinach, apple sauce, and fruit cups. I did not work out, but if I had, the effect would have been 10 times better.

for me this did what it said it would, it helped with bloating and to "move things along" some stomach cramping happened so when that happened I went to just a 1 pill dose. overall I lost 6 pounds while taking this and dieting so I bought another bottle and see how it goes.

I use the restroom a lot and had stomach pain make sure you stay hydrated with this pill and move around as in workout/warmup/cooldown.may work different for others

I was hopeful because of all the good reviews but this did absolutely nothing for me. I wasn't expecting some miracle weight loss but to say it is a “cleanse” is reaching.. if anything it made me constipated which I normally suffer from IBS-D so do with that what you will.

I purchased this product based on the reviews—-it was a waste. Did absolutely nothing but turn my urine light pink. Questioning how it got so many positive reviews. Do not purchase.

I've been trying to take these for the past couple of days but the taste of these are unbearable that I don't think I'll be continuing at all. I have no idea if they work but they make me want to puke when trying to swallow them.
