This product really, really works. I now have more energy and I feel great. Please know that you will have to go the restroom as soon the urge HITS or you may not make it in time. Overall, I am very pleased and have noticed my tummy area is now reduced....get this product and get cleaned out !!!

Love love love these detox pills. They can definitely help kick start any fitness and wellness routine. They have u going to the bathroom a lot.

Definitely cleansed the system. stopped soda/sugars the morning it was being delivered so that when I did the first dose (4caps) that night I had already been water not soda... and haven't WANTED or used soda or candy/sweets since I started it. Even if it didn't do anything else... getting rid of the constant "need" for those two things was awesome... but in reality it did cleanse well and I'm planning to do it again in the future. dropped almost 8 pounds of waste/water weight, stomach is not bloated, feeling the need to eat all the time is gone. I did have to drop to 2 instead of 4 for 3 of the days - !!!!which was not a bad thing since the bottle did NOT have all the capsules it was supposed to!!!!! Overall I was impressed, I took it as directed, and changed the whole family meal plan to fit into a way that is better for our bodies as well as a bit more healthy than before. As far as the - stay right by a bathroom- I didn't have an issue with that, but I also was home for that week (and I work from home) I will say LISTEN to YOUR body. your body will give signs that you need a bathroom... and never trust flatulence (i tried the 4 letter word and it was insensitive of me!) if you think you just have gas.... go to the bathroom do NOT force the gas out... (another household member did the cleanse as well and even though not taking exactly as directed... learned not to trust gas while doing this) Water... I drank 4-6 16.9L water some plain others with -sugar free- (is it though? cuz it tastes super sugary) flavor packets. more plain because I love cold water :) and feel it was a good amount for me, the more active I am the more water I drink and that's something that works well with this product. Keep in mind that some folks use - cleanse/detox- for cleaning toxins/unwanted from the body... others use it to jumpstart a weight loss or to just feel better. We used it because someone told my husband he would feel better (I do... he doesn't, I followed label...he didn't) If you follow the label, and cut extra sugars, processed foods (not all but if thats your go-to... drop it back for sure!!) Soda and all that... swap it all out for fresh fruits/veggies and some leaner meats (all meat is good, but the body processes this stuff better during a cleanse/detox. I wish others the best with this, and am definitely pleased with this product

The product was affective from what I used of it . The taste was awful. To the extreme that I threw what was left of it away. I tried the product with a variety of juices , water and in a smoothie. To my dismay the outstanding flavor was still there. I will not purchase this product again.

be careful when ordering from this seller the pills that they sent me were not legit. They are knock offs they made a mistake printing the label the authentic label says that the item is vegan capsules the fake item don't have that on there the bottle is smaller than the authentic bottle the pills are a whole different color than what they supposed to be. the safety seal that's originally on it was real thin not like on the original bottle that have the name imprinted on the safety seal. if I would have opened this bottle up earlier I would have sent it back so I'm just stuck with some fake pills. DO NOT BUY PILLS FROM THIS SELLER BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE REAL THING!!!
