I so recommend this probiotic to anyone. I was having problems with a bladder infection, i was on antibiotics and they didn't seem to be helping. Works well for price
I use a lot of this due to frequent antibiotic use. Works just as well as more expensive brands. However, be aware these are not coated, and are very chalky like aspirin, which can be hard to swallow. It is not bothersome enough I've stopped buying them —just a warning.

Thanking my lucky stars
So I caught the flu, and of course 3 weeks after flu shot. Went to doctor who prescribed the Tamiflu on Monday. Walgreens was completely out and waiting for truck. My friend is a nurse and told me to take this. 2 days later started to feel 'human' rather than low fever, sleeping 2.5 days straight, no appetite, and my body feeling like a car accident zombie who had to force feed myself . Felt so crappy when I did eat it made me sick and hurt from nasal drainage. Friday Walgreens finally had prescription in. I'm 100%., keep it Walgreens. Not saying it cures the flu, but it sure did help me kick it quick. Been hearing that bug is taking people down for up to 3 weeks and I'm a week out and back to work! Thank You!

I have been taking probiotics on and off for years, for various reasons. They always say that one billion is not enough. Well, these worked within 30 minutes! I highly recommend them! They are 1/3 the price of the Spring Valley probiotics with 3 billion. If you don't feel a change right away, be happy, that means your gut isn't as messed up as you thought. It's EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to keep your gut healthy, if it's not, you won't absorb nutrients. I healed my own body of many illnesses. The key to healing any body is: getting nutrients (multiminerals/vitamins DO NOT WORK). Proper water. Tap water made me quite ill, especially the thyroid. And staying away from any toxins that cause illness. Wear gloves when you paint, nothing is truly non-toxic. Whittle down what is causing your illness %26 take good care of your body and it can basically heal anything! Don't listen to the lies doctors tell you about things being incurable. They say this to put you on medication. I healed my thyroid in 5 months! I have heard of people healing from disease with long term probiotics, parasite cleanses %26 getting nutrients. The parasites leach your nutrients so just keep taking them til your body doesn't need them. Too many vitamins/minerals can also make you sick! So, pay attention. I'm not a doctor, this is not medical advice. Just how I healed myself! Oh, getting away from toxic people is imperative! They caused me all kinds of health problems. I suffer from GERD and this helps better than any other prescription medication. If I don't take it I have heartburn and bloating. Just try it, 1-2 pills a day will help your stomach feel better.

Works a little too fast
Just got my first bottle. Took one and about an hour later, running to the bathroom. Almost didn't make it. Happy that it works but I don't think it should be an every day pill to take. And definitely will not take it before work. Having to constantly run to the bathroom. All in all a good product for the price. And good for flushing out your colon
