This stuff works better for gas than any Gas-X or Phasyme. I can't explain it, it just gets right to the job and pops the gas bubbles. It was a total lifesaver post-op when I couldn't take activated charcoal for gas cause it absorbs other medications. (this works better anyway) My mom used to give us Acidophilus as kids when we had tummy aches. So happy to have found it at my local Walmart. Wish the price wasn't as high, but hey, it works.

I use this item on a daily as part of my weight loss and management goal. I don't quite take it every single day but I can usually tell when I need too. I feel it is mire effective than drinking Kombucha tea, which is good and I want to advise that you may want to avoid when taking this medicine.

I've used all types of Spring Valley products for a long time. The price, quality and quantity are excellent. So check it out, you'll be happy with it. Unless you have lots of $ then you don't care about savings, silly goose.

This pro biotic really seems to be working, was not sure what to expect as it is much less expensive than most, also if you take it at night it helps things to start moving in the morning, if you know what I mean (:

I so recommend this probiotic to anyone. I was having problems with a bladder infection, i was on antibiotics and they didn't seem to be helping. I started taking the Spring Valley Probiotic Acidophilus Caplets and they really helped me. I liked that they were caplets and they were easy to sallow. They are easy on your stomach and doesn't cause bloating or heartburn. I will be taking this high-quality Spring Valley Probiotic every day to help with good bladder and female organ health!

I use a lot of this due to frequent antibiotic use. Works just as well as more expensive brands. However, be aware these are not coated, and are very chalky like aspirin, which can be hard to swallow. It is not bothersome enough I've stopped buying them —just a warning.

Oh, I received it quickly. Packaged well. There were pills in a little bottle that said it was acidophilus. But how am I supposed to know? I had assumed something would be demonstrably different as I was recommended to take this for digestion helpfulness. Nothing is different. Nothing has changed, I don't even know if it is what it says it is.

just your basic acidophilus probiotic tablet, not meant to chew but just to swallow. seems to work just as well as the acidophilus in yogurt or other tablets.

The day after I started taking these I started spotting, (mind u, My menstrual cycle doesn't start for another 3 weeks) it's very light but filled a panti liner. Smells like medicine when I wipe, I've been spotting since taking these and still am spotting. I really Don't know what's going on.
