These pills actually works. I was taking them not realizing that my mid section was actually trimming down, until one of my friends told me that I was slimming down. She asked me what I was doing and I told her nothing until one day I was like oh must be the pills.!!!!!

Hopefully it works!
I am doing dirty keto and I have had a few carb filled days. On those days I took these and i did not gain weight. As it stands I would recommend giving this a try!

Yes but no !
Pros: Took for a few days, did lose weight and my appetite was controlled. Cons: Felt a dull pain in my back, upper right. I reduced the dose to 1 capsule per meal per day, even tried to sprinkled 1/2 capsule powder over my food to test it again, the pain returned. This made me very very concerned about side effects to my organs/body. Needless to say, I threw it out.
