I used to enjoy my breakfast, lunch and dinner but after I took these supplements for few times eating become very hard chores to me, these supplements definitely cut my appetite big time

It has defiantly helped is apatite suppressant, only been taking a couple days but would buy again.

I stopped using this because it was giving me headaches which is a known side effect. That being said, you really don't feel hungry so they are effective for that. I wish they came in tablet form to cut in half to maybe alleviate the headaches and occasional nausea.

Still waiting to see if I drop pounds.

I don't think it works Suuuper well. it does do something because I noticed a difference in my G.I system AND me, being very carb sensitive, didn't go into a carb coma after eating something like pizza. The biggest problem I have is that the product is advertised as a “ 60 pills or 1 month supply” however the directions say to take “2 pills” prior to your “two largest meals..” this means, at minimum, you take 4pills a day. That equates to only a TWO WEEK SUPPLY

Within the first day of starting the supplement, I began to have chronic diarrhea… This lasted for days on end until I realized that the sickness was probably due to the pills being contaminated. Thankfully, though, within 2-days of discontinuing this supplement, the sickness had ended.
