this really did help. I needed to fiddle with the timing of the dose (which I broke up into 3 separate doses) but it has definitely helped. I had tried the commercial brand, but wasn't getting great results. did some googling found out the actives and decided to try the generic. much less expensive and much better results.

It's early to tell but I was having some weird heart wiggles due to my irregular heart beat so I thought I'd try these. A day after taking these I had no weird heart wiggles and haven't had any for the whole week of trying these.
