I've been waking up 4-6 times a night to pee for many years! Since I started taking this product, I am only waking up twice a night! It has done wonders for my quality of sleep. 😴

I've been taking this for just about two weeks and there's been relief. For the most part, the only time I have leakage is when I first get up in the morning. That's a big improvement.

It worked for me. First 2 wks 1 3xs daily %26 then twice thereafter. It did say if you run out you'll need to start from the beginning. I believe it. Even controlled I'm going to continue to take it.

It isn't a perfect answer to bladder pain and burning, but it helps to aliviate the issue. It is much better than all the pain and burning. My Urologist said there is no prescribed medicine. It is supposed to help with other things, as the box describes.

At first it seemed to help but as time went on it didn't. I got instructions for daytime issue which I do not have so had to try go figure out when to take it for night...ended up taking one at supper and one before bed..gave me a little relief a few nights but then did not seem to be very affective...

I looked them up to see if there was side effects and got none they are herbs perfectly safe so I started taking them and two weeks later I had side effects and I looked up what was happening and asked if they were causing it and got a big yes. Don't understand why before taking them it was very safe and after taking them lots of side effect.
