Swanson Pygeum Bark & Extract Capsules, 500 mg, 120 Count

My doctor recommended ProstaCalm. I took it for weeks and didn't have any improvement. I try to take this twice a day as recommended but often forget the second dose but it is still very helpful. Most of the time I only get up once a night now and sometimes not at all. It's defiantly worth trying and they offer a guarantee unlike Prostacalm.

Great product, great price

It seems to have helped with lowering my PSA levels. Difficult to know for sure, but I'm continuing.

Does seem to have more efficacy than some other herbal formulations for male issues. Has been used in Europe for ages. Some pretty good documentation. Seems to be better than Saw Palmetto.

This product is advertised at 500mg but 400mg is what I got. I will be happy to submit a photo. There are sufficient data to recommend the product for BPH. So my complaint is not about the product itself, which I think is trustworthy. I think it is simply mislabeled . But it cost them 4 stars on this review.
