youtheory collagen biotin
TYPE 1, 2, 3 collagen biotin. It supports tendons and ligaments %26 why I take it. It is good for skin, hair %26 nails, etc. I have been taking it for years.

Collagen with the Biotin made the difference
My nail were splitting horizontally even and Biotin did not help. A nurse told me to find Collagen with Biotin and while it took time, it has made a huge difference.

It works.
I like this collagen brand. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing Youtheory. It is improving the tone, texture and elasticity overall my skin, especially the face. I'm no longer buying/ trying different face products. I'm using cheaper moisturizers.

Be careful of packaging
I have taken YouTheory Collagen for about 6 months, and I love it. My problem with this particular bottle/packaging is about half of the tablets came broken. That in itself wouldn't have been a problem, but they also look as if they were exposed to humidity...kind of shunken and deformed. Not a big problem, but dosappointing. I am still taking them.

I had no idea this product directs a person to take six horse sized pills daily! had I known the quantity and the size expected to be swallowed, I never would have purchased this item. I can't tell you if they are effective because I will never be able to swallow six horse pills per day
