I really believe this Berberine is making a difference. I started taking it because my A1C is going borderline. I have been taking it for about 3 months now and I think it has taken this long to get used to it and feel like it was making a difference. Definitely take it with food, even if it just a slice of toast. I take one soft gel three times a day. It has taken some time but It has made me less hungry and consequently I eat less. It will be a few more months before I take another test of my A1C so I'll update this review when I know for sure if it impacts my A1C. But so far, I really do believe this product helps.
