Supplement much needed
Not eating as well as a person should, it would seem this supplement has several critical vitamins in one pill. Only problem for some of us is the very large size. Hard to swallow at times and just wonder if it dissolves enough in the body to benefit as it should. The price is reasonable for the amount of benefit.

Effective
My vitamin D level has been low. Blood test indicated that this brought it to normal range. My doctor has recommendeed continuing. I like that it is tasteless. I only use kosher supplements and this has a very reliable certification.
