I absolutely am grateful for this I have end stage 4 COPD %26 a simple cold can literally threaten my life, Last cold I had turned into pneumonia %26 a hospital stay where I was close to not ever leaving so a short time ago I felt it approaching immediately begin this medicine %26 the zicam cold remedy melt aways %26 for the first time in 2 years I did not needing a hospital stay!!

My exes stepson set out to give me a bad cold and he succeeded. I got rid of my cold in under 4 days while he was still suffering. Would DEFINITELY use this product again. I am prone to illnesses that like to kick my butt this helps. Great product.

I have used Zicam for years spray bottle. I do not use often ..but when i know i am going to be in a large group of people ..ALL Sneezing and coughing .....I spray my nose before i leave the house ...I do not have as many colds or flu as I used to ...I do believe Zicam works at holding off germs.

This truly seemed to help keep the cold away that all of my kids had. I used it right when I felt like I was beginning to fight a cold. I also got extra sleep for a few days. First time using it and now plan to keep on hand. It worked equally well for my husband.

I've been using this Zicam (not the other one versions) for more than 20 years. If you use this correctly you will have no problem with cold or flu, but you have to use at the first sign of the sickness. I strat to use it when someone sniz around me.

Zicam is my go to whenever I feel the least bit under the weather. My magic combo: Zicam every 2-3 hours, Zinc once a day, and Vitamin C once a day. In 3 days I am well. If still under the weather, then it's time to visit a doctor. The root of most infections begins with bacteria in the nose. Zicam kills that bacteria.

I'm used to using the little swab sticks that you break and swab your nose with. But this is my first time using this nasal spray, it was way more effective than expected and I'll definitely be keeping it in my medicine cabinet.

This works well for reducing/preventing severe cold symptoms IF you follow directions and start using it as soon as you feel any symptoms (i.e. a tingle in your throat, slight nasal congestion, etc.) and continue to use it.

if you feel something coming on like a cold you do this and I think it takes it away I like to swabs too

Zicam is such a great product and truly I have not had a cold in two or three years as I always use Zicam at the onset of a cold. The only reason I didn't score it higher is I preferred the swabs which seemed to go much further than the spray.
