This zicam product is really good it does lessen your cold and the severity of it in half!! Whenever any of my children or grandchildren come down with a cold I give them some of this stuff and the others I can and it cuts their cold right now in half.

I was so happy when I found this item available on Walmarts site. It's been my go to for many years. My symptoms are almost always alleviated as long as I follow the directions. I really appreciate Walmarts variety and ease of ordering.

I typically use Zicam meltaways for colds, but decided to try these. They work okay, but not as effective as the meltaways. I'm going to stick with the meltaways from now on.
