excellent high quality chelated minerals in a readily absorbable form. Pills are a bit large and perhaps making them half size and doubling the dose would be a better way to manufacture. Comparable to other high quality brands but at a better price point. Bluebonnet products are an exceptional value when compared to other brands using the exact same formulation.

This product has just the right ratio of calcium to magnesium. I don't need a separate mag tablet. It also has other important minerals in the correct dosages. Read the label (like I did) before you order. It is difficult to find a multi this good w/o iron. I bought ( 3 )120 cap bottles because I cannot find this product anywhere within 100 miles that I have checked.

This hard-to-find multimineral produces definite results, as far as benefitting the knees, muscles and bones. The men in our family really rely on this for exercise recovery, and as a woman I use this supplement along with my calcium citrate to help my bones. Our bones need more than just calcium, and the men don't want/need the iron. I also don't get muscle cramps/"charlie horses" anymore.

I would say this is my second favorite multi-mineral. It works well for when I can't get my favorite one. If I'm deficient in certain minerals, I will have trouble sleeping, be more prone to restless legs, and just restlessness in general. These certainly help keep those things at bay.

I like the albion multi-minerals, but it would be great if it contaiins natural kelp for iodine instead of potassium iodide or remove it completely. The price is good for all the minerals in two caplets.

I have been taking this for a long time and I feel it has been beneficial to me. My nutritionist said we all need minerals. It's also pretty easy on my stomach. The only thing is that the tablets are large, and you have to take three per day.

Excellent formula, unfortunately they are large capsule-shaped pills which - imo - are safer to swallow if crushed.
