Rice is a main staple in any asian household and this is what we have on a daily basis. Tried this for the past 2 days and rice cooked perfectly good. No burnt rice, moist, and cooks really well. Will be trying the cake function of this soon. Love this. Worth the investment.

It came nicely packaged. It’s very easy to set up and start using. Instructions are nicely written. I really like the digital display on this item. It also has several different presets for various types of cooling needs. Also, looks very stylish and goes well with house decor. Received praise from a lot of people.

I wanted to try this rice cooker out because I had one but you had to push the button down on it and after a while pushing the lever up and down it finally gave out so I wanted something different so I came across this while searching for rice cooker and I just got it it's almost been a week so far I am loving it very easy simple to use today I even recommended to my daughter and I bought it for her for a mother's day gift the big surprise for me was that you can actually make a cake in this rice cooker which I will be trying next but hands down on this I'm really loving it so far and it doesn't take up a lot of counter space in a small apartment and I look for space saving solutions in this rice cooker was one of those so if you are in need of a rice cooker then I will recommend this one

the usage instructions were extremely difficult to understand so I couldn't give it a 5. otherwise I really love it. it made perfect rice without burning on the bottom

Does need better directions first attempt to cook rice spent 30 minutes and did not do anything. Restarted 30 minutes later very well cooked tender rice. Hopefully next time use it we’ll get the same results. The only reason for the lack of the fifth star is poor directions on use.

IT IS TOO SMALL LIKE FOR A SIX CUP DESCRIPTION AS ADVERTISED. IT'S MORE LIKE A FOUR CUP, ESPECIALLY WITH THE TINY MEASURING CUP THAT CAME WITH THE ITEM.

Doesn’t cook the rice in one go. You have to set it twice. The lid cracked in the second use and the bottom has broken pieces jangling around inside. Not sure how they even broke

It came with an error code E1 and it looked like it was used before it wasn’t new.

I purchased this rice cooker believing it had multiple cooking functions and a time delay function. Essentially, it’s an induction style cook pot with a timer. Upon first use, I added a half a cup of oatmeal and 2 1/2 cups of water and selected the oatmeal cook function. Within five minutes water is boiling out of the machine all over my counter. I have not added ingredients near the rated capacity of 6 cups. Terrible product.Stovetop cooking is far superior compared to this.

just used it for the first time and cooked some quinoa just 1 cup and it leaked allnover my counter and I had it next to my glass stove top and liquid went under the lip. I cleaned as good as I could, hopefully it didnt ruin my stovetop.
