easy to use, got it for fourth of july because it was gonna rain and it was a life saver. everything was cooked very well.

I received this in the mail it cooks real nice I love everything about this inside home grill I rate it a 10-10 I do recommend.

i recieved only a few day ago. i will come back a d rate it. I only used it once and was very happy with it. o smoke in house. Chicken turned out very good ad tender. Marinated overnight👍

This was basically a joke. First it was  disappointing because it it cooks too slow. Alot of intense heat comes out if you have it on high but I tried cooking a steak, a small steak with just the grill plate over the heating element and it took me at least 15 minutes for medium. And it does not char your steak. So I was totally misled because I figured if it was on a grill it would char your steak the same way my previous grill which was a Chefman grill which charred it beautifully and only took like 8 minutes to cook a 1" steak.  But this one was so quiet and so smokeless I wasn't sure if it was cooking. I kept having to check it. It just took a ridiculous amount of time like I said 15 minutes for a small steak. Now the steak tasted good but not quite as good as when I cook it in my air fryer. It comes out better in that. That has the char on it and it cooks it within 10 to 11 minutes. But that's only the beginning. I figured I could put up with that if I had to. The real problem was getting it apart for cleaning.  I went to take it apart so I could put the parts in the dishwasher and I put the rack in and then you take out the heating element or supposedly. Yeah no way.. The little prongs that it fits over I could not get it out of them. One side came up the other one would not I had to take my pliers and bend that little metal prong so I could lift the element out. And I'm not done. The last thing was the drip tray anybody who put the grill together knows what you have to do to get the grill plate in there You have to slide it in and it's not easy to get out once it has the water and the drippings in it without spilling everything. I could figure no way to do that so I had to pick up the entire unit and quickly dump it upside down in the sink. At that point I realized this grill was useless. Because I could not be doing that every time I needed to clean it.  So save your money people. This is not worth it at all!
