The interchangeable plates are very easy to swap, and I can make waffles for breakfast and grilled sandwiches for lunch with the same machine. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the non-stick plates make cleanup super easy. Great value for the price and works exactly as advertised.

Just used this tonight for the first time and it made perfect waffles. I just needed to learn the correct amount of batter to start with. Easy usage and clean-up.important notes- there are 3 types of iron plate , you can do what you want ! ! ! Good quality 👍

Really didn't like the sandwich plates because when I made a grilled cheese the cheese went everywhere and the sandwich was really thin. I might try thin bread and see if it works that way. Gotta try the waffles soon hopefully it'll be ok. May keep for that and just buy a sandwich maker at the store instead of ordering online like I did this item. Overall just not satisfied.

This thing does not get hot enough to cook anything. took 20 minutes for the ready light to come on. Then it took 20 minutes for it to cook a waffle and still it never browned. This is useless to me. Would like to return it. How do I go about that? Ordered online so have no receipt
