I bought this mainly for making sandwiches, but it turned out to be much more useful than I expected. The interchangeable plates are very easy to swap, and I can make waffles for breakfast and grilled sandwiches for lunch with the same machine. It heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and the non-stick plates make cleanup super easy. Great value for the price and works exactly as advertised.

I returned this item as someone gave me a snack maker, so I can't really give a review as I never used it. I did like it's features and it appeared to be of good quality. I had to give a rating so I chose neutral not knowing for sure.

Terrible product. It does not have adjustable heat and it does NOT run hot enough to actually cook a waffle or to grill a sandwich. Both end up limp and warm, not crisp at all. Very disappointing.

Easy; multifunctional. Very easy to clean with removable panels. Would prefer if it was a little hotter to make waffles crisp on outside and softer in middle.

Really didn't like the sandwich plates because when I made a grilled cheese the cheese went everywhere and the sandwich was really thin. I might try thin bread and see if it works that way. Gotta try the waffles soon hopefully it'll be ok. May keep for that and just buy a sandwich maker at the store instead of ordering online like I did this item. Overall just not satisfied.

This thing does not get hot enough to cook anything. took 20 minutes for the ready light to come on. Then it took 20 minutes for it to cook a waffle and still it never browned. This is useless to me. Would like to return it. How do I go about that? Ordered online so have no receipt

This waffle maker is very compact. I like that it can make two waffles at the same time and I don’t have to flip them in the middle as the traditional waffle maker we have. I am also excited about the different tries to make panini and sandwich. It heats up pretty fast. The first time it made some odor which I think it’s normal. I did let it run for five minutes outdoor due to the odor. After that, it works just fine.
