I take care of an elderly couple in their home and the wife was using this and it is amazing. She feels like she has more of her ability back to shower without needing my help. It gives her back her independence. I'm right there if she needs me, but this is awesome. Thank you.

This product has truly helped my wife, post surgery. She now has a sense of independence. I highly recommend this product.

goes together easily. remember to match numers all 1 go together all 2 go together. bottom legs make it a little bit wobbly because there is no extra pipe. if there was more pipe to stabilize when you need it tall then that would make it a 5 star. it is still great for the shower. and i believe it will hold up for years. remember to hand retighten the bolts.

This chair works for me,but you do have to careful sitting down legs could be wider to add stability but that was my fault for not measuring old chair assembly is easy but use a wrench to tighten don't just hand tighten chair is rather small when assembled I wish i had spent a little more money for a larger chair

Easy to assembly, Sturdy and adequate.

i opened the box and the padding is super thin. the padding was the reason i chose this one. very disappointed. don't order this one for the padding. see the picture below of the padding thickness vs the box thickness

Waste of money! They said it should support 550 lbs … it would not even support 100 lbs! When we put it together it was cheaply made, very unstable and wobbly, very dangerous for a person with mobility issues. (We returned it.)

States in manual that the washers are RUBBER, they are METAL!!! Your assembly directions stink. The number stickers were NOT on the parts!!! I have an IQ of 137, but this was ridiculous. I called your "help line". HA!!! NO HELP. WHY? Because I have a hard time understanding foreign accents. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this waste of money, especially since you REFUSE to refund!!!!

I found when putting this product together it's a cheaply made product and don't feel it will be sturdy enough for its use, couldn't return either to don't order this product unless your ready to be disappointed and NOT get your money back...

It's too small. I haven't put it together or unwrap it yet.
