Highly recommend for anyone with mobility issues. My Uncle has neuropathy and has difficulty getting up from the toilet. This product with the handle bars is exactly what he needed. Fits around the toilet perfectly and nothing to have to drill into the walls.

So glad I ordered this item. Makes it so much easy to go into toilet backwards and then just straight out. Can adjust for perfect height. Right after surgery it is great to grab the top bars and lift yourself on or off the toilet. Feel it is a must. Tried to use walker but it just took so much more effort. This saved frustration and some pain. Would definitely recommend for teens to adults with any below chest surgery for recovery.

If you are young middle age or old this is GREAT if you have a bad back trying to get up from a lower toilet that is why I thought I would try and I LOVE it I already bought one for someone that has bad knees same answer they told me it was the best gift they ever got! and I'm getting ready right now to get one for someone who has bad feet and ankles and the price is very when you are in so much pain so Thank you.

I'd delayed getting safety rails till arthritis held me captive on the toilet over 30 minutes. The pain in bending my knee %26 rising was more than I thought I could handle. So thankful for the quick delivery of the safety rails. They took away the fear of going back in the bathroom. Perfect Solution!!!

This toilet safety rails is fabulous and supportive. Just what I needed at my daughters house because she has a free standing toilet and there are no walls to help steady yourself. It folds up and stores away very easily and will be ready next time we visit. Even my husband liked it, as did my daughter

this serves the purpose, the only thing on this item is one leg seems to be bit shorter than the other 3 and it wobbles becasue of it. Dont wish to deal wiht returns and waiting for another, but customers need to know that

The suction of the feet does not work. Putting pressure on the handles undoes the suction so it doesn't work safely. Needs weights on handles to hold it down. I have not been able to find anything to solve this problem. I would not recommend this product.

This looked like it would/could be a good product however the 4,middle legs connecting the armrest to the feet was wrong. They needed a push button or marble at both ends. Not just one end. I didn't learn this until after I had wasted several hours.

The directions are a little unclear but not like, Ikea impossible. The materials seem like the quality is fine. But the item itself is REALLY UNSTABLE, and that is the *only purpose* for this item: to provide someone the ability to safely get on and off the toilet. I have NO IDEA where all these "great reviews" came from: I bought this for my parents house and %231, the "suction cups" don't stick AT ALL onto their tiles floors, %232, it's wobbly: like, if you lean back against the toilet seat it moves off the ground, and I can see how bearing your weight on one side to get up could make someone fall over. Walmart refunded this item, so I kept it and put it in the powder room for now and out of curiosity I used it this morning and as a strong, able bodied person who CAN get up and down on their own, I found it just didn't do the only job it's supposed to do: provide stability. HARD PASS ON THIS, YALL. I don't even feel comfortable giving it away because I don't want someone to have an accident.

Suction cups do not stay suctioned to the floor. We had to tape the 2 back feet with tape and then tie the rails to the toilet tank to ensure my 92 year old mother could use the rails without falling. Customer service was contacted and said the rails are “Our technical team has confirmed that the suction cup functions as designed—simply press it once to activate.” The suction cups don't work!
