I loved this heating pad!! Just placed a order for 6 more for Christmas gifts. Make sure you look as they do have one that's a little longer in the back so it should reach lower back. This one was fine for my mom but she's shorter 5'4". The quality was awesome. The high heat setting was perfect for me as I like heating pads a little on the hot side. My mom liked it on setting 2. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WILL MAKE GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFTS, AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE!!

Superior product for neck, shoulders and back therapy! This heating pad is well contoured and fits perfectly on almost every size. Fabric is soft and well made, washable by hand. Highly recommend and have purchased several in different colors. All are wonderful.

Very happy with this heating pad. The material is plush and soft. The multiple heat settings work very well. The highest heat setting is one of the hottest I've come across and it's very good if you need that high heat. It holds up to near constant daily use. Will definitely buy again.

I purchased this for myself, who is currently pregnant, dealing with a lot of shoulder and back pain, and also my husband who is a tradesman and constantly has pain. We both have tried it and LOVE the way that it relieves the pain. We do wish it were a few inches longer, but we both have long abdominal areas. It wraps amazingly around you, and the magnetic closure keeps it snug as well. The heat output is awesome, and it gets HOT.

THIS IS GREAT!! Jusu got this about an hour ago, popped it on , and I am totally impressed. It fits snug around my neck where I needed it th most... and its helping. With this hot weather, the AC is really bad for my neck. Glad i found this unit cause my shoulders and back get the benefits too. This one is worth every cent!

I've sent almost every heating pad that I've ordered ever in my life back because they're not hot enough. that is not the case with this one- BE CAREFUL!!! THIS THING IS HOOOT it has four hate settings and I use it on one for the most part and I love hate I would not recommend this for anyone who has nerve damage because you will burn yourself badly... DEFINATELY. DO NOT LAY ON THIS LAY IT OVER YOU. it's heavy enough that it Contours well and it is super super soft

The reason for this rating has nothing to do with the performance of this product. It performed well in that the heat was nice and comfortable, the buttons and tie back worked as they shoukd and secured it reasonably well. It's small....I'm not. The cord is short....I'm not. If you're a large man like myself (over 6'3"/over 250) this isn't tge answer.

Ordered this item and the third time I went to use it, it stopped working properly. It will heat up the first time you use it, but then the heating mechanism will only stay on for about 20 mins and then it turns off and is just a cold velvet full upper body jacket. It never used to turn off and cold after 20 mins. It stayed for 2 hrs and auto shut off when done. That was perfect. I barely got any use out of this and I don't recommend anyone buying it.

can't write a review. order was cancelled by Walmart could not ship. check your records better before you bother customer. I don't have time of all this back %26 forth doing your record keeping. your entire site needs to be updated. very antiquated. I will continue to order because I canceled my aAmzon account. way too may notifications on order status etc.

This is the second one that I've bought from a different company each time, but the power cord that connects to the heating pad itself falls off all the time. This is the second one it's done the exact same thing.
