I loved this heating pad!! Just placed a order for 6 more for Christmas gifts. Make sure you look as they do have one that's a little longer in the back so it should reach lower back. This one was fine for my mom but she's shorter 5'4". The quality was awesome. The high heat setting was perfect for me as I like heating pads a little on the hot side. My mom liked it on setting 2. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. WILL MAKE GREAT CHRISTMAS GIFTS, AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE!!

I bought 2 of these heating pads for myself. I've had on for a year and it still works great and the other for about 6 months. Also sent one as a gift to a friend because I love mine so much. I have bought ones similar off another website but they always quit working after a month or two. I saw these on Walmart site for a great deal and thought I would give them a try. Glad I did! The only thing is sometimes heat temp varies but not to bad. Definitely glad I gave them a try!

It's the best heating pad I've ever bought. i have neck and shoulder strain that causes headaches. If I use this, I can eliminate the neck pain and muscle aches quickly and headaches go away fast. The first one I bought was a great deal, so I put 4 stars for value because the second one I bought cost more.

I might rabbit wraps around you and that it's washable. There's no discount it is good for my pain. I have been in back pain for about a week now until I got this and it helped relieve my pain. I will continue to use it and I recommend it to anybody who is in back pain or neck, pain or shoulder pain. Please try this if you get a chance.

the heat temp is hot, which I need for my fibromyalgia and arthritis pain and its comforting especially with the softness. No initial smell, but can easily wash. Just a nice warm hug with the closures giving options. Bought 2 to give as gift decided to keep both. got them at good sale price.

This is the best heating pad EVER!! If you use a heating pad often, this is a MUST BUY! I LOVE how it wraps around your back, you get the heat all over from your neck down to your lower back. The only thing that would make this better is if it could be cordless 😂

Purchased for my aging mother who occasionally has neck and shoulder issues. She loves it and uses almost daily for pain relief. Highly recommended. Has several heat setting for different comfort levels. Wraps nicely around the neck and covers the back with ease and comfort. Love the number of heat settings.

I purchased Nov of '24. It is now Sept of '25 and it no longer works. It lights up, but does not heat, and after 5 minutes the light starts blinking like it's 2 hour timed out. I suspect the internal cords have come disconnected. This has never been washed, gotten wet, and has stayed near my desk. There is no external damage.

I bought this for my mom.I absolutely love the size. She's in a lot of pain in her back and hips , so the size was perfect. It had three settings , I think , and it got pretty warm. It actually did help her pain quite a bit. My only complaint is It quit working after about four months of use.
