Best Heating pad i have purchased so far. I can wrap it around were it ties so it stays put. It gives heat to my upper back, shoulders,neck ,lower back. It is well worth the money. it is also very comfortable. It has 4 settings i believe you can set it at.

Purchased for my aging mother who occasionally has neck and shoulder issues. She loves it and uses almost daily for pain relief. Highly recommended. Has several heat setting for different comfort levels. Wraps nicely around the neck and covers the back with ease and comfort. Love the number of heat settings.

This heating pad is very good. I am older, and I bought it to use after certain physical activities, so that I could wear it when I was sitting in my recliner. The results were so good that we soon ended up ordering another one for my wife, who had spine surgery and frequently has discomfort in the shoulder and neck areas. There isn't a single day in the year that we don't use these heating pads. We actually refer to them as our Snuggies.

I purchased this for myself, who is currently pregnant, dealing with a lot of shoulder and back pain, and also my husband who is a tradesman and constantly has pain. We both have tried it and LOVE the way that it relieves the pain. We do wish it were a few inches longer, but we both have long abdominal areas. It wraps amazingly around you, and the magnetic closure keeps it snug as well. The heat output is awesome, and it gets HOT.

THIS IS GREAT!! Jusu got this about an hour ago, popped it on , and I am totally impressed. It fits snug around my neck where I needed it th most... and its helping. With this hot weather, the AC is really bad for my neck. Glad i found this unit cause my shoulders and back get the benefits too. This one is worth every cent!

This heating pad has a very soft fabric cover that'swashable. It heats up quickly and automatic shut-off after 2 hours. The only downside is that we are very tall. When we correctly wear it around our shoulders and neck, it only comes down to our waist. A good product for the price. A good value.

I purchased Nov of '24. It is now Sept of '25 and it no longer works. It lights up, but does not heat, and after 5 minutes the light starts blinking like it's 2 hour timed out. I suspect the internal cords have come disconnected. This has never been washed, gotten wet, and has stayed near my desk. There is no external damage.

The reason for this rating has nothing to do with the performance of this product. It performed well in that the heat was nice and comfortable, the buttons and tie back worked as they shoukd and secured it reasonably well. It's small....I'm not. The cord is short....I'm not. If you're a large man like myself (over 6'3"/over 250) this isn't tge answer.

I used this continuously through colder weather especially,,, My one issue, too short! It is easy to operate but covering the needed areas falls a bit short! For a taller person needing heat from shoulders to low back it falls a bit short!,,,the weighted bottom hem creates a bit of an uncomfortable line in just the wrong place! And my lower back issues do not get covered by the heat! Would be great to offer extended length options!

can't write a review. order was cancelled by Walmart could not ship. check your records better before you bother customer. I don't have time of all this back %26 forth doing your record keeping. your entire site needs to be updated. very antiquated. I will continue to order because I canceled my aAmzon account. way too may notifications on order status etc.
