Love it!!! Easy to use, Velcro straps keep it in place so I can move around while wearing it and not have to try and hang onto it so it doesn't fall off! Covers neck and shoulders at the same time.
I have many ailments throughout my body that require ice and heat. Recently i have been in need for ice pack specific to my neck and shoulders. I found this one and knew it would be amazing!! My C-spine is crumbling and i have pain there every single day from just basic daily activity, this takes that pain away so i can continue with my day The velcro straps make it simple to get the proper fit you need. I am a smaller person and the straps help pull it as snug as i need it to be and keep it in place. The cover is soft and plush, the velcro sticks to that while you adjust it, so it doesn't slip. It stays very cold for long periods of time. I use it for 20 minutes at a time then follow with heat. Even when i am done, it is still cold. I keep it in the freezer all the time, but if you don't have room to store it, it would take a couple hours to freeze up. Excellent value...Walmart online is my go to when i need these. Plus with my Walmart plus membership, zero shipping fees.
It says for neck and shoulders . But I put it on as tight has it will go . And it still doesn't touch the back of my neck . It's does great for your upper back and shoulders. But not the back of your neck . I'm will to keep it for shoulders . Kinda heavy also .
It works but it does not reach the area around my neck without me tying something around my neck to hold it in place.
This is a GREAT icer for your shoulders and upper back. NOT great for the neck as the neck piece is too rigid and does not lay flat on the neck, therefore it should be named Shoulder pain relief, not neck pain relief.
This item is a bit on the small side. I ordered for 2 different men. They both found it uncomfortable to wear as the shoulder size is not really big enough. It is a nice quality and might work for smaller body sizes.
This item was well made. I loved the idea. It heats and cools. I personally cant lie. I did not heat or cool this item bc it did not go down far enough on my shoulders. Im 4'11" 155 lbs. and I have a 42in bust area. It did go up high on my heck. it did fasten correctly around my shoulders and arms. The quality was nice bc it was soft. It was not that tough rubber or plastic feel. it was quite comfortable on. cons: The picture shows it covering the entire shoulder blades. Im sure it would be on a skinner person. unfortunately, it did go to the center of my shoulder blades but not below. Therefore, I returned it. The seller replaced my money within a day of taking the item back to a wal-mart store. conclusion: Would I recommend this product? YES i do feel it woukd have been wonderful.
Works well at keeping you cool in 90 degree weather, but downfall is the time is cut short at around 35-40 minutes before having to put back in the freezer. Did purchase two because we thought it may happen.
The ice pack was not big enough for my shoulder, but I made it work. Immediately after I started using it, the hooks of the velcro snaps started coming off. Now after about a month of using it, the gel from the ice pack is leaking out. Great product idea, poor quality.
too heavy and awkward. hard to heat up in microwave and takes for ever. flipping and folding all different ways until it's all heated up and doesn't hold the heat very long at all. it was a nice idea though.
