This is very similar to what I use in physical therapy office. It gets cold enough in the freezer but is still pliable and I don't even have to use a towel in between my shirt and the compress. It is perfect for neck or shoulder aches and even headaches! The soft side is nice against your skin. I've used it multiple times since I've gotten it. It stays cold longer than you would think, plenty if you follow the directions for how long to keep applied before removing.

Like the flexibility and size to place where most needed. Easy to move around and not be tethered. Doesn't hold heat for very long.

Doesn't stay cool or warm for but about 8-10 minutes if you're lucky!

item is so much smaller than it is pictured, especially the strap lengths. You are not getting them hooked over around shoulders to run across your back like that. other than that is is a good idea and i will use but if it was bigger and the size shown would be a great product.
