This is one of those simple things that just works. Heats up quickly and stays warm long enough to actually help with aches, and it also gets nice and cold in the freezer when you need it. I like that it's flexible so it molds to wherever you put it instead of being stiff and uncomfortable. Great for sore muscles, headaches, or just relaxing. For the price, it's definitely worth having on hand.

This ice pack is great for sore muscles! I deal with chronic inflammation pretty much all over my body, so I move the pack to another sore spot after 10-15 minutes. It's not overly freezing, so keep in mind it can warm up quicker than expected if you need something super freezing. I have sensitive skin though so it's perfect for me. I bought another one recently so I could always have one chilling, since I use it so often. 10/10 product, I'm very happy with it!

These are not very large, but I find the smaller ones easier to travel with, and easier to store in the freezer. These seem to be made of a thicker material and the backside is not plastic, but is more like a slick cloth. Hopefully they will hold up, but for the price I'll probably buy several more.

These came in really handy. I ordered 2 for myself but I have an 8 week old Pittie (Pitbull) well she is jet black and get really hot in the late afternoon, and evening so I started cooling her off with these, and yes she will just lay there and enjoy it! Recommend? Absolutely!

I was disappointed that these do not stay cold long. I was disappointed in their size (thought they would be larger). I was grateful that they “mold” to the injured body part. It was great that there were two of them as they don't stay cold long. Just not worth it!

Doesn't get hot enough, and if you try to heat it further, it expands to the point it looks like it's going to burst, and then it's filled with tons of air so it really doesn't fit well against my neck. Just not very good at all. 2 Stars, and that's being fairly generous..

I sprain my ankle and wanted to use this as a cold compress. It's manufactured nicely and pliable. However, it does not get as cold or stay as cold as needed. I left it in the freezer for 24 hours and was hopping right back to the freezer after using it for 10 minutes.

After freezing this thing for 2 days it still wasn't what I would consider cold, and reached room temp like 5 minutes after use. You would be better off filling a sink with cold tap water which is free, colder, and would stay cold longer than this waste of money

I can leave this in the freezer for over 24 hours and it's cold when coming out. However, it loses all the cold within just a few minutes. Maybe the heating ability is better. I only got it for the cold part and it just doesn't work long enough to make any difference.

A frozen bag of peas would work better than this cold pack. It has a velvety material on one side and plastic on the other. In theory this would be a great ice pack to contour to where you're needing the ice pack… However it does not get cold it only gets cool. Like when your doctor tells you to ice an area this is completely useless for that. A bag of frozen peas would work better and be colder. Wish I could return it but I threw the box away. I do not recommend this cool pack because it does not get cold it only gets cool.
