this is a wonderful product! I've got five of them so far! I have given some away to people who need them. I have really bad neuropathy in my feet and when it starts burning at night I put my feet on top of these. there's a very nice heavy velvet like backing on them that's really nice. just keep them in the freezer till you're ready to use them. you can also heat them in the microwave although I've never done that. I would recommend this product to whoever thinks they may need it.

This ice pack is great for sore muscles! I deal with chronic inflammation pretty much all over my body, so I move the pack to another sore spot after 10-15 minutes. It's not overly freezing, so keep in mind it can warm up quicker than expected if you need something super freezing. I have sensitive skin though so it's perfect for me. I bought another one recently so I could always have one chilling, since I use it so often. 10/10 product, I'm very happy with it!

OMG! I love the plush side it's so soft! I was very surprised of how soft it is. I also like how small it is it's just the perfect size for what I need it for. I have many other ice/heat packs but I wanted a smaller one for my neck area this beats my expectations! I would not recommend it for lunches because of it being so plush. it would be great for headaches and smaller pain areas.

I had surgery and needed an ice pack to reduce my swelling. I bought this gel pack to see how it would do. I'm so happy with this and will buy another one. One side is soft and I can hold it on my skin the whole time. I've had others that needed a rag around it. This has a perfect temperature at all times. The gel makes it form to fit every curve. I wish it came in extra-large sizes so I could take it to bed on hot nights.

Doesn't get hot enough, and if you try to heat it further, it expands to the point it looks like it's going to burst, and then it's filled with tons of air so it really doesn't fit well against my neck. Just not very good at all. 2 Stars, and that's being fairly generous..

This ice pack has beads in it instead of gel. It doesn't stay cold very long so I need to put it back in the freezer after only about 15 or 20 minutes. I have chronic headaches and muscle spasms in my neck and shoulders, so, this is pretty much useless to me. I wish I would have known this before I purchased this ice pack. I definitely would not recommend this to anyone that needs to use it any longer than 10 to 15 minutes!

I can leave this in the freezer for over 24 hours and it's cold when coming out. However, it loses all the cold within just a few minutes. Maybe the heating ability is better. I only got it for the cold part and it just doesn't work long enough to make any difference.
