Equate Temple Touch Digital Thermometer, 6-Second Reading

I bought this product to use at my job as I work in childcare, some children do not like the underarm thermometer so I bought this. This thermometer is not the best. It taste a while for it to read the temperature, it's not always accurate and the battery life is horrible. It lasted maybe a month.

this is the most difficult thermometer I have ever tried to use, but I guess you get what you pay for I can only get it to do Celsius and I have to try it about 10 times before I even get a don't know if it's right reading do not purchase it and depend on it

I've ordered this product in the past. Have always been satisfied. I think this one is defective, as temperature taken consecutively can vary by two degrees. Normally a very good product. Going to get this particular one exchanged. I hope the new one works well and will restore my faith in this useful product.

I love this thermometer. I have a couple. Works great. I had to replace the battery after having one for so long though and had trouble getting the battery cover back on. I am sure it was just a "me" issue."

DO NOT BUY. This is inaccurate. Different readings every single time. I waited one minute between checks as stated and it bounced from 98.8 to 101.3 to 99.5 to 99.3. How am I supposed to know if it's a fever or not when it's a different number every single time? Definitely do not buy this and rely on it for your children. Luckily I bought it for myself.

Convenient, but a little hit or miss. The no touch feature is really nice, especially with kids when you do not want to wake them up or deal with a struggle. It is quick and easy to use. That said, the readings can be inconsistent sometimes. I have had to double check more than once just to be sure. It is good to have for a fast check, but I would not rely on it as the only thermometer. Helpful, just not always 100 percent accurate.

This thermometer works just as it should on adults or children. Quick and easy to use, especially with kids that squirm. Priced right for my household.

Simple, Easy to use %26 Easy to understand. Not a lot of confusing buttons or additions. Large Screen, easy to read and very light to handle, perfect curvature for right or left hand. Thank U for keeping it simple

This is decent thermometer. Gives a pretty consistent temperature. My only complaint is that it's an odd angle and sometimes it takes several tries to get it in the right angle to get the read. It works in a pinch but there are better ones out there. If you are going to be using it a lot, have several kids or elderly I would look for something else. This is my back up if I misplace the good one.

i just needed this for basic sick child care and it seems to work fine, though i wouldn't trust it in a super serious situation, i might use wn old achool thermometer as well as this to double check. but for bqsic temp checka its great. 10 second timer in between temp checks to recalibrate is helpful
