very nice heating pad. its longer than standard heating pads and is much more suitable for body aches as it can be wraped around for a more the body or body parts for a more therapeutic heating aid. its also great for getting warm and cozy in a chilly day. its soft and hanfles just like a blanket. the cord is nice and long making it convenient to use around the house. the controller has various heat settings for whatever the mood may be. a great purchase. quality is impressive for the price. a super great value for the money. i am very satisfied and i recommend this heating pad to anyone for anything. i have even used it for my dogs!!! love it!!

Didn't have heating pad. This one perfect. Use it in my lift chair in the back. Heats fast, can only use setting %231. Too hot for other settings. When it gets to hot I turn it off. Nice size. Nice that the pad can be washed. It is very nice! I have back pain. Helps alot.

This is a great heating pad that is a super long length that is wonderful for coverage of an aching back. We're very pleased with the price for such an exceptional product.

Works well but I do have to be sure to turn it all the way off when I'm done even though it has auto shut-off. Nice, generous size! Covers the entire back and shoulders!

The heating pad worked for several times, then I noticed the seam had a split in it about three inches long. Then all of a sudden it would not heat and the handheld control was stuck on "4". Really disappointed in this product! Please refund. I will take the item to the nearest store for a refund.

It overheats and the number starts flashing within 10 minutes of it being on just even the number 3 mode. You then have to unplug it and wait until it cools down. I ordered this for after having surgery and can't move around very well so this is even more disappointing.

This product is faulty. It got extremely hot and would not turn off. I had to unplug it. I was lucky it did not catch on fire. I do always unplug my heating pads when I'm done with them so I would like to have my money back. it wasn't expensive, but it wasn't cheap so that it is not recommended. You need to get it off the market.

I bought this heating pad in February and now it is August and it has stopped working. I know it is too late to return it so I will now pay the extra money and get a Sunbeam heating pad because their heating pads last for years instead of months.

Do NOT give this merchant your money. They are third party marketers with WalMart and on their site they advertise that this heating pad has a 18 month (1.5 year) warranty. However, when you get the item the brochure that comes with it says you only have e a year warranty. To make matters worse WalMart does not support the 18 month warranty. They only back merchandise for a year so the 18 months that the merchant is stating is null and void. Walmart says I have e to contact the merchant myself to negotiate the discrepancy. So, I reached out to the merchant (already too much hassle) and they failed to reply. I then contacted Walmart for a return. The item was shipped to my home. But now the only way I can get my money back is to go to a store or the post office. I should be able to return it the same way I received it, instead of it becoming a hassle to get my money back. I ordered an item to be shipped to my home because I am ill and unable to get to the store or post office without a great deal of hardship! This a total rip off. Naturally an item such as a heating pad won't have issues of failure until about a year so the 18 months was great. No other merchant w Walmart offered that warranty. To make matters worse-Walmart only goes a year! So now they aren't even doing what they say they'll do which is make it right even if a merchant does not. DO NOT Waste your time or money! I'm shopping elsewhere. What was supposed to be a Walmart deal has now become more hassle that the item is worth!

It errors out after 10 minutes of use. It flashes "4" and it needs to be unplugged , need to leave it for 10 min. and then plug it back in for another few minutes of use. I looked up the code it a 4 means something is bent but is still does it after being out flat.
