absolutely love it couldn't say more nice things about it it is so comfortable on my neck and you can use it to massage yourself by putting it in any position behind you on your wall bed chair it's extremely comfortable and is dealt with my pain issues I would recommend it to anyone not even with back pain problems but just to anyone in general

I give this product a thumbs up. It takes away the pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Its not a cure all for me but it definitely makes a difference.

I bought this after falling. I thought it couldn't hurt to give it a try, and surprisingly, it helps. The next day, I could feel that the pain from my fall was less intense. I use it on my bed—removing my pillow and placing it down. I set a 10-minute timer- ten minutes is the maximum recommended, because if you stretch your neck on it longer, your head will feel that numb, tingling sensation. During those ten minutes, I roll my neck from left to right. I can hear and feel my neck's joints crunching in a good way, and the gentle pressure from the neck holder reaches those neglected areas, providing relief and a satisfying stretch. You need to make time for this regularly, but it's worth it. I have arthritis, and this really helps.

This does not move, massage, or vibrate. ita just a Neck Pillow in other words. It works perfect for stretching the neck out or if you have bad migraines like me it works perfect for pressure on that area on the neck or head. I actually love this product and it helps me out daily!

In addition to seeing an accu pressure specialist one time who recommended me to get a better neck pillow support this product works. I've used it a couple of times and my(R) shoulder neck pain has totally diminished. I've only used it a couple of times and noticed the difference. Its firm, for me it was comfortable and also give the neck a good support. I think its not recommended to sleep on it only for a couple minutes. I also purchase a pillow with good neck support, that also helps.

Unlike many products in this category, this one actually delivers. It appears simple but really seems to make a difference. I recently began seeing a new chiropractor, told him about it, and he pulls one from the closet too. Professionally approved!!

Keep looking online for some neck, relief by means of brace or whatever necessary well in pain, try this on a fluke and don't regret it. Exactly what I needed. Relieves some tension while offering full stability. That's a day one got my money's worth purchase. Have severe neck issues, require surgery and still found this device to be great. 😊

I was skeptical. This was not a quick cure for my neck pain. However, after 2 weeks of use I'm genuinely amazed at how much better my neck feels. I have been dealing with neck pain for 20 years. waking up in the mornings with mild to severe throbbing headaches. This has allowed me to sleep in whatever position I want and no more severe headaches. It was slightly painful to use for the first 4-5 times but now I look forward to my daily 10 minute stretch. For the price I highly recommend giving this product a try. Not a cure all but for me it worked way better than I had hoped

It matches the product advertised. I too thought I might try and sleep on this as other reviews indicated they do. Insane, absoutely not. Its short and consice directions indicate this should not be used more than 10 minutes due to numbing. And indeed at about 10 minutes you fade numb. The product meets its intention but prior to owning I was doing the same thing with a massaging PT roller. The roller provided a similar level of relief and has multiple functions so I deem this product not worthwhile as they can be had for similar costs. I stopped using this as other lifestyle modifications proved more impactful - save your money here and buy a posture corrector!

This is really feedback on walmart.com. The item was not delivered to my address. Then they were going to send me a replacement item then why cancel that transaction I never received the product I was charged. I'm now contacting why my.com for the fifth time on the same subject and I still have not received my refund. I have ordered this item for a second time and paid as a resolved two times for one item
