So far it eases my pain when I rest my neck on it. However, once I get up, my pain comes back. I'm hoping overtime and it takes the pain away .Pain

This is an easy to use solution for neck pain.
I could have gone to the back yard and picked up a brick and ended up with the same result. If you are looking for relief for neck pain, don't try this product. It's hard as a brick and my neck immediately cramped up and now I have a knot in my neck.
This is a scam. Walmart charges for shipping but doesn't ship the product. Ask to just send another and then you find out that they don't actually have any. They refunded the cost but not the shipping. This product does not exist.
Thought I was buying a new item but the item I received was obviously used and slightly damaged. There was no instruction sheet either
