I bought this as a gift at Christmas but I made sure they took it out and tried it to see how well it worked. It will give you a massage for sure! It kind of hurts if you put too much pressure on it about pulling on the straps. The only problem I had was the cord was really short. you had to be right next to a plug to be able to plug it in. otherwise heck yeah!

Oh my, do I like this massager. I have had neck pain for years. This massager was on sale, so I thought I would give it a shot. Boy am I glad I did. Initially, my neck was a little sensitive, but it didn't take long for me to realize how much it was helping the pain and stiffness in my neck. I definitely recommend this massager.

I was pleasantly surprised by this massager. I went back and forth before purchasing it as I don't do well in general with massage type roller products. They are too hard on my neck and back. They actually hurt, which defeat the purpose. I usually end up not using them. The pleasant surprise was this massager was not too hard at all for my neck and back areas. It was easy to use from the beginning. I'm so happy I took a chance and got it. It really does help my back and neck areas. The red light is an added bonus. I think it's good for anyone who needs relief for sore muscles in their necks and back area. I'd buy it again. I'd also recommend it to others.

This massager is absolutely marvelous! I originally got one for my Dad for Christmas %26 after seeing how much he loved it %26 how well it actually works, I had to go %26 buy myself one. I've had major neck, shoulder, %26 back pain for years as I have fibromyalgia. Most of these massagers are hit and miss, but this one truly is exceptional. I would say that the only downside is that it has to be plugged in as you use it, however it also comes with a car charger/adapter as well! Go %26 get you one, you won't regret it!

I usually don't jump on and give a review so quickly but this massager is amazing! I work at a desk on a computer for hours and my neck and shoulders often get so tight with knots….It's painful at times. I just got this massage unit today and I was so impressed with the deep tissue massage! My neck and shoulders had so much relief just after one use. My husband tried it out as well and was also very impressed. I just order another one to keep at my office…I didn't want to take the risk of them selling out. I am also going to recommend this product to my family and friends! The item was packaged nicely with no issues. Please do yourself a favor and get it!!!

This item is as described, easy to use by yourself, just follow directions. The massager is deep tissue, but it's nice that you can control it yourself of how much pressure you have put on it. The heat part is very nice. It's not very hot, but you know that there is a little heat there. I used it on neck upper back, lower back arms, and legs. I would recommend this item to anyone.

Not wireless but I will almost always use it at home with easy access to electricity. Right out of the box I found it easy to use and very effective. Speed and depth of massage are easy to control and light shows immediately that the heat is on. I am impressed so far and at a great Black Friday price.

I've had two different brands of these massagers. While the device works extremely well to help me with neck and shoulder knots and pain, inevitably the material in which they are encased breaks down, tears, etc. This particular one tore faster than another I purchased in the past. It ripped at one of the seams within 6 months. If one of these companies eventually figures out how to make the case strong and tear-proof, these devices will be fantastic.

This messages way to hard... I feel it's to aggressive.. Could be a great item for a much larger stronger person with a really muscular neck but for a woman such as myself doesn't matter where I put it, I feel it's aggressive and hurts to use... So it just sits on a corner ignored... Was a real big bummer too...
