My husband had hip replacement surgery and needed an ice pack that would lay on his lower hip and leg area for swelling. This was a perfect fit for him. And it has straps for any type of injury. I highly recommend this ice pack. Best we have ever had

Bought this for my wife who was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and has pain from lower back up to her neck with headaches up at base of her scull to top of head. She can place this wherever her pain is on any given day and it provides the relief she needs. Highly recommend!

doesn't stay cold very long. I've used a lot of ice packs and a lot of them has stayed cold for like hours on the end but this thing doesn't hold the coldness.

When you have a back pain, by having a cold pack on back on skin calms the nerves and eventually reduces the inflammation that may start to occur. Keep on till cold or hot is gone. Repeat several times a day.

I recently had surgery and this ice pack is ideal for quieting the nerve ends and giving me some relief from pain. Easy freezer storage and the velcro band keeps it in place.

The ice pack fits nicely over my back and with a little bit of finagling I can get it around my shoulder. The strap is a little flimsy and probably won't last very long. But since I don't use ice packs daily, it'll be fine for my needs.

Perfect fit I can put it around my waist and sleep with it on. I use it cold it completely covers the bottom of my back and top.of my hips where my spinal injury is at. I highly recommend it.

OK, 2 problems. First, and most importantly, it says freeze for 60 min. I had it in my deep freeze 3 hrs. I DO have to say that it was cold, but by NO MEANS frozen. It was still soft and squishy. It was also not NEARLY as large as portrayed, unless you are a person who weighs about 90 lbs. I would NOT buy again, and I hope I have saved people seeing this review some money. You're welcome.

I am an average sized person. The image shows the ice pack covering her back completely and coming down both sides. It doesn't even cover my back nor does it go up as far as displayed. The actual ice pack is about half the size of the image. Now I will say the material and the freezing capability is nice, however the whole point was to ice my pack with one big pack; which is not doable with this pack as falsely displayed

This product was advertised as having “extra” gel but it had less than a drugstore ice pack that could be purchased for a dollar. The built in Velcro was ample and nice but too much for a smaller frame.
