Received the item today. So far so great and to my surprise it seems to be of excellent quality! Very pleased as this works perfect for my neck and back pain! It comes with two ice packs in a resealable plastic case which I will use to store the packs in the freezer to keep them clean. Thank you so much! :D

Jell Packs are Great
It worked Great just put them in the freezer and then in about 30 minutes get them out and put them on the injured are.Works very good and the ice packs are the right size.

Too still when Frozen
These ice packs are not gel ice packs as described in description online but when frozen very stiff and hard to maneuver on a swollen or hurting area on your body

Good ice pack
Works as advertised. Freezes quickly, stays cold for awhile. Great for injuries and over heating wives struggling with their cycle...

I have been looking for these ice packs for a long time. I like them because they are not too thick and work great for around my neck.

These are fantastic! They are cheaper, cooler and last longer than the Walgreens gel packs we've purchased. Way to go Walmart!
