Love this heating pad so much - use it every day - using it now- for aches , pains and just warm cozy comfort. At 24” long It’s large enough to wrap around or share with my kitty . (She sleeps on it when I’m not using it). Auto shut off is perfect- 2 hours . Heats up quickly and evenly. Soft and pliable. Get this before you need it . Get cozy and enjoy.

I didn't know what I was expecting for the price but I was surprised! This heating pad is fantastic because it has 4 settings; with an instruction manual. It hit the perfect comfort warmth for my sore area without getting too hot to burn me. You will feel the relaxation at your station! I am very pleased with my purchase!

Super soft, gets hot fast, and feels very good. One downside is how hard getting the cord back into the blanket after washing, could be very hard for those with bad mobility in their hands or other weaknesses. My pain is in my abdomen, but it was hard for me to do it!! Otherwise, washed well!

Thee heating pad was big, that's why I bought it. There were no other options for big pads. It's very thin but it does the job. I use it all day. It was inexpensive so I purchased two, and to get free shipping! One can feel all the wiring but it's not so bad. I usually buy Sunbeam but they only had it in regualr size. Good value!

I think it could have been a little thicker to make it more durable but it works better then other heating pads I bought I am pleased with the settings which are four and I'm really pleased with the price

It doesn't heat up as hot as I expected even on the highest heat setting. I've never purchased this brand of heating pad before but have had many others which have gotten much hotter. My ratings reflect soley the heat quality.

I got this heating pad in November. I picked this one for its size and automatic shut off as I need to use it over night multiple times a week for chronic pain. I always use the lowest setting (1 of 4) as it matched the amount of heat the medium setting on my previous heating pad did. Well, the night before last, in the middle of the night, the heating pad had some kind of malfunction and I woke up to it burning me, melting my microbead pillow, %26 the switch was flashing and smoking!! The smell was vile. I immediately unplugged it and threw it out my bedroom window. Then, eventually once safe, the trash bin. I thankfully woke up fast enough to not get burnt bad enough to blister, but my pillow it melted is ruined and now I have no heating pad for pain. Obviously, I will contact the company after this review as well. But I wanted people to know sooner rather then later that this product IS DEFINITELY NOT SAFE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE THIS ITEM!! Because it was fine until suddenly it wasn't, and that's almost more dangerous then being faulty from the beginning.

Even on the highest setting the heat is minimal. I had purchased this exact product a few years ago and it was wonderful. They must’ve gotten sued or something because they changed it drastically. Even the warning labels are plastic and scratchy unlike the original one that was made of soft material. It doesn’t do anything for old tired bones or joints. Don’t buy it.

When I first got it, everything worked fine. I have used it a total of 5 or 6 times. It no longer works. I would not have paid for something that didn't even last 6 uses.
