Relief from the pinching❣️ I would forget I was wearing the device. I could move about if needed and the device stays relatively positioned as set. It lasts a long time. I had to remember that it was time to remove it as the instructions directed per max time for application. The device can be adjusted for desired touch contact with the area treated.
I am 5'6” about 180lbs the L/XL band is tight in me. My daughter who is 270lbs couldnt get it to go around her. I love the product for when you lift something you shouldn't because its to heavy or it has also helped knock the edge off for kidney stones. It also helps with menstrual cramps.
This is a great product for back pain relief. I will say only one thing that I don't like about the wrap. You have to be careful about when and how you use it. I wish they had a wrap where you could wear it at night, etc. and not have to worry about burn. Other then that, I have ordered this before and I have also ordered the Thermal Wraps for my knees and boy, do they ever help my knee pain. Great products.
These gave my back so much relief and they stay warm well pass 8 hours. I hated to take if off because it was so soothing. Once you take it off, it goes cold, but for 9 plus hours it gave me must needed relief to to household chores free from back and leg pain
THERMA CARE BACK HEAT WRAP IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET. WHENEVER I HAVE PAIN OR BACKACHES, I USE THIS PRODUCT. I BUY IT FROM WALMART CAUSE THERE IS 3 HEAT WRAP BELTS INSTEAD OF 2 (OTHER STORES SELL) VALUE FOR THE MONEY. IT USUALLY LAST AROUND 8 OR MORE HOURS AND YOUR BACK FEEL GREAT AFTER AWHILE.
the fit on the front of the back heating pads on the low back its fine but around the stomache where it velcros it always just rolls down to my waist line and people think your wearing a diaper if they see you with one on and thats embarassing cause its just a back heating pad but all they see is white hanging out of your waist line of your shorts pants etc. but over all the soothing heat for me helps promote blood flow to a area that a fusion is in and solid bone in my spine and it helps along with ither stuff i throw at my back to try and manage severe pain that never stops like a parapaligic person dont feel nothing becouse of the spinal cord my injury is oposite i can move but it is pain that never goeas away night day 7 days a week 24 hours a day 369 days a year thats right the pain is so bad i throw in extra days in the year for the suffering but i recoment this product !
I can put one of these on and wear it to bed all night without any discomfort to soothe my aching muscles. And I find ThermaCare brand to be better than the generic brands which come in larger clunker blocks that don't bend around the body as well as ThermaCare brand does. I know because I've tried a different company and did not like the way it fit because it didn't bend as easily or in as many places as the ThermaCare brand. Therefore, this is the company I go to for pain relief that I want to have on me all night long when a heating pad won't stay on my body as I move around in my sleep, or so I can keep working throughout the day, because he can't wear a plug-in heating pad as you work around the office.
If you want this heat pad to stay right where the picture shows on the front of the box it might work for you. I didn't realize by looking at the picture that it had a tie that goes around your waist, if your waist is small enough. It is not the kind that is sticky and sticks in place. I have sciatica so my pain goes further down where your dimples are at the top of your butt. When I get in bed this thing slides around to my waist. The ties are very flimsy.
found one in med boxes from over Three years ago. tried it; and it still works. ordered another box and replaced previous one from used; new purchased order took over half hour to start getting warm and after nearly two hours started cooling off. course, I have tried many patches over past year even tried shots but seems today's stuff is getting weaker except for the prices.
They do heat up nicely, but it needs to adhere to the area where it is needed. It has a lot of precautions in the directions, but if it doesn't stick to the skin, it's no good to me. That's just my experience and opinion. I had to wear it under a back brace to feel the heat. Another thing. It says do not lay on the heating pad or sleep on it. That was the ony way that I could finally feel the heating pad. I don't recommend this heating pad.
