I just learned in 2025 that Walmart generic 500 mg extra strength. Acetaminophen is as good as Tylenol saved myself six bucks. Wish I would've known this years ago. I tried it and there's no difference in effectiveness for stopping pain from the Tylenol brand-name.

I am not a doctor so do not take anything I say here as anything but our personal experience. With so many health issues that would fill a large can of Alphabet soup, RA, MCS/EI, BA, COPD, FM, HOH, scoliosis, etc. and growing older pain is just part of life. Between that and vehicle accidents that caused permanent disabilities, often someone in our home needs some kind of pain relief. This seems to tackle most of the pain experienced in this home. Hubby often has a lot of coughing with congestion or heartburn, so he uses this daily and finds some relief. I use it for mild migraines. Not sure why the prompt put the word "tickle" in but guess some could get a "tickle" in their throat that causes pain, as come to think about it, hubby does on occation get that.

Good price and actually works quicker than those rapid release pills. This pill hits your stomach and starts dissolving where others the gelatinous cover has to melt first then pill. Still has coating “thin” clear and was gentle on stomach just like fully coated ones

Aches,pain,fever and headaches worst nightmare... Exactly the same product as "T" at a fraction of the cost. Works quickly and is a very effective pain reliever. In my opinion these are easy to swallow, especially if taken with a full glass of water or if you have previously taken "T" but they are large so buyer beware. This was a no brainer purchase especially in this economy.

Yes, I would recommend this product to anybody. It stands up to the brand-name Tylenol Toto to I would never spend money on namebrand Tylenol ever again it's a great value and as far as taste, I'm I wouldn't say that anybody's gonna taste it and it does work you just have to give it a good 30 minutes for it to work people expect an instantaneous relief. I have chronic pain and I do use it. You just have to make sure you pay attention to no more than 4000 mg a day. I love the product and I would recommend it to anybody.

I have to take 4 tabs a day of the 500mg strength, as my body hurts almost always. They also help me sleep.I was a nurse for 20 years on night shift. when some people couldn't sleep I would give them a couple of acetaminophen. Almost always helped them sleep 😴

You're just paying an arm and a leg for a name on a bottle with the other stuff. These work just as well. If it's something you use often, this size bottle is a good buy. Usually it's 4 times as many pills for less than 2 times the price. For me, this is a month's worth for $4 while the smaller bottle is a week's supply for $2
