Great product, I use these when I over eat. When my stomach feels upset or I have gas. They taste wonderful and within a few minutes they deliver relief. Sometimes one does the trick but sometimes have to eat two. I let them melt slowly in my mouth and end up chewing the last bit! They are my go to now! I'm a senior so I have tried everything and so many products do not work. I do not like things that make me fell drowsy or dopey. The ginger and honey flavor is very good!😊

The reality is that the women for whom I purchased this has been using CVS brand acetaminophen for years, and after determining that this Equate brand is half the price, and still contains acetaminophen, the value is clear. As for effectiveness, I really can't address that because I have not taken any. I'm holding out hope that she won't notice a difference; I don't plan to say anything.

Nothing much to say but they help with my back pain. Easy to swallow and easy on the pocketbook or wallet!! I've been buying these for many years. I keep an extra bottle on hand so I don't run out. Everyone in your family needs them from time to time and it's great they are so low price I can keep stocked up.

I am not a doctor so do not take anything I say here as anything but our personal experience. With so many health issues that would fill a large can of Alphabet soup, RA, MCS/EI, BA, COPD, FM, HOH, scoliosis, etc. and growing older pain is just part of life. Between that and vehicle accidents that caused permanent disabilities, often someone in our home needs some kind of pain relief. This seems to tackle most of the pain experienced in this home. Hubby often has a lot of coughing with congestion or heartburn, so he uses this daily and finds some relief. I use it for mild migraines. Not sure why the prompt put the word "tickle" in but guess some could get a "tickle" in their throat that causes pain, as come to think about it, hubby does on occation get that.

Good price and actually works quicker than those rapid release pills. This pill hits your stomach and starts dissolving where others the gelatinous cover has to melt first then pill. Still has coating “thin” clear and was gentle on stomach just like fully coated ones

Yes, I would recommend this product to anybody. It stands up to the brand-name Tylenol Toto to I would never spend money on namebrand Tylenol ever again it's a great value and as far as taste, I'm I wouldn't say that anybody's gonna taste it and it does work you just have to give it a good 30 minutes for it to work people expect an instantaneous relief. I have chronic pain and I do use it. You just have to make sure you pay attention to no more than 4000 mg a day. I love the product and I would recommend it to anybody.

This is a generic of Tylenol and for me, it works just as good as the name brand but at a greatly reduced cost. Equate has several generic drugs that work as well as the name branded drug at reduced prices. I hope that Equate expands it's Acetaminophen to the higher strengths that Tylenol has, but 500mg is good for now.
