Bought the slide for a class party for elementary school children. The floats were quickly unnecessary but did provide the more timid students a softer landing as they learned to run and slide. The slide and floats are very durable - children slid with water shoes and barefooted and neither tore the slide. The only damage happened when a child forced his finger into one of the sprinkler holes.
I had this for a few months but just started to open it and set it up a few weeks ago. It was a great price and easy to set up; just unfold it and make sure the drain plug is closed, then you attach and screw the water hose to it. I will say that it takes a little bit of patience to wait for the water to fill up in the slide's sides. The water pressure is a little slow; my daughter loved splashing around for hours outside. The holes on the side are small. My dog Snickers (Yorkiepoo) was excited to run across the water slide, and he accidentally poked a hole in one side where the water comes out. He loves water, but he needs to get his nails cut. I would definitely recommend it to people with kids, kids at heart, or adults. You won't be disappointed.
Bought for grandkids (4,6,7) when at our house on hot days. Easy to set up and take down - grandkids had a lot of fun and even got grandpa to try it!
It is nice, fun and easy to assemble! The kids love it the only thing is it takes a while for it to fill with water.
It's fairly simple to set up by laying flat and using stakes before hooking up the hose. A pump would be helpful for inflating the racing tubes. We did have a rip in the material happen after only one or two runs down, which was sad. The kids loved playing on it and used it for about an hour. Great for hot, summer days
We ordered this on June 13, and after only three uses by my 7- and 8-year-olds, the bottom water section already has a large hole that can't be patched. It's technically still usable if we run the garden sprinkler over it, but I'm really disappointed in the quality.
the water slide is very short is the biggest downfall! nice width though, I could only see two kids going down it no way three! you can use it with or without the blow up rafts. we have put it up and taken it down several times nothing has torn or popped. another downside is it takes a long time to fill up with water. there is no inflation, water has to run down one side into the catch pool and up the other side to completely spray... overall it's a good slide but I definitely would get a longer one next time or just use our homemade one with tarps for the price ;-)
1 of 3 boogie board had a leak, and none of them slid. we even tried liquid soap to make it slick. nope, just essentially a splash pad is all.
Just received this item, hooked up the hose, turned it on and the water blew a hole right through the material, making it completely unusable and trash.
It burst immediately on filling. Didn't even get to use as the seams completely bust open. Not worth wasting money on, pick something that is actually durable.
